Welcome to our forest  retreat

Come visit our lovely spot in the forest, right near a stunning beach on lake Vänern.
Wonderful days spent with someone special or creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends! Our location is just perfect for colleagues, families, or friends looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle.
Whether you want to celebrate a big occasion, plan something exciting, team build, or simply hang out and relax, we've got you covered!

How many can stay at Happie Camp?

6 tents for a total of 12 people

We're excited to let you know that we have 6 cozy tents, each designed to happily accommodate 2 people and they're conveniently spaced about 100 meters apart. So gather your friends and bring along up to 12 people for a fantastic time together!

How does one sleep?

The Beds

We've prepared the beds with a mattress topper, duvet, and pillow made from lovely merino wool. It's perfect because the wool keeps you warm when it's a bit chilly and cools you down when things heat up. How fantastic is that?

Ever thought about cozying up by a fire?

Firepit

We've got a lovely shared firepit right here for you! It's the perfect spot to gather with new friends or your favorite people on those magical starry nights. You'll make wonderful memories around the fire, sharing stories and laughter. 

No need to worry about bringing wood – we have it all set up for you on-site!

Are you looking for a place to take a dip?

Sand Beach

Just below the tents, you'll find a cozy beach that's sure to steal your heart! Stroll through a charming grove, and you'll arrive at a delightful 300-meter-long sandy beach with gentle, shallow waters perfect for splashing around.

Kitchen and Dining Area

In a house with a roof and sturdy walls on one side, there's a kitchen and dining area just for all our guests! It's the perfect spot to gather for a delicious meal or even to host fun events and meetings whenever you like.

We have several restrooms available for you to use, all of the composting toilet variety. And don't worry, we keep them sparkling clean just for you!

Can I bring a dog?

We're sorry, but pups aren't allowed at Happie Camp. We love them, but for the comfort and safety of all guests, it's best to leave your furry friends at home. We appreciate your understanding!

Is it child-friendly?

At Happie Camp, we have an age guideline of 10 years for our campers. This helps ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time since we keep our site just as nature intended! Plus, many of our guests come to relax and soak in the peaceful vibes of the forest.

Are there a lot of mosquitoes?

In those sunny, rainy summer days, you might notice a few mosquitoes buzzing around in the forest. To keep those pesky little guys at bay, we suggest bringing along some mosquito spray or adding a bottle to your booking. Happy exploring!

Can three people stay together?

Our cozy tents are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people, so adding an extra bed isn't an option. But hey, if you're a group of three, why not book 2 tents and enjoy some fun in the outdoors? Or you could invite a friend to join you for a great adventure together!
